Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our hijabs and scarves. Please read our return policy carefully.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear pictures of the product so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Request
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must have all original packaging and tags

  • The item must not be washed, worn, or damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been worn or used

  • Are damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Are purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
